How do you ensure the freshness of the flowers during delivery?
At Flowers by Flourish, we source our blooms directly from sustainable growers. Each bouquet is packed in a specialized hydration pack and a temperature-controlled box to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Yes, we offer next-day delivery nationwide for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Same-day delivery is currently available within select metropolitan areas for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
Can I set up a recurring flower subscription for my home?
Absolutely. We offer flexible weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription plans. You can choose your preferred style and skip or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your policy if my flowers arrive damaged?
We take great pride in our quality. If your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo of the flowers, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
Are the vases included with the floral arrangements?
Our 'Hand-Tied' bouquets are delivered without a vase to allow you to use your own. However, we offer a selection of premium glass and ceramic vases that can be added to any order as an upgrade.
